Very helpful staff, quite a range to choose from.

We was able to test everything we needed in order to find the right fit for us and there was no pressure and was given very good advice.

All was first class could not be better.

The store manager lee was outstanding really knew his products and listened to my needs and what was best for me, Nothing was to much trouble and had a lot of time and patience and understanding of what mattress was best for me Service was outstanding and would highly recommend this store

We arrived at the spring dale store just befor they were due to close and the sales assistant was very helpful she did not rush us at any point her name was Marion she was very helpful as to directing me to the temper mattress that best suited my need and even when it went over the stated time for the shop to close she did not get at all frustrated with me and proceeded to take my order and sort out finance for me I I feel that she went above and beyond to help

The Dreams seller was very helpful in the buying and the ordering of the bed. It's going to be delivered for a month which isn't a major problem. Everything in the Orpington Store was fine like safety, service and corvid-19.
