When I entered the shop looking for service, I appeared to be intruding on a meeting/chat. When I asked for service, no one immediately seemed to take ownership of me as a customer. I had to pick one of the advisers amongst them. I came into buy a king size bed sheet. Instead when I got home I realised the customer service agent had given me a valance. I will therefore now have to waste time to get it replaced. The duvet cover I bought is poor quality, despite spending £30 on it. One of the poppers was broken so I now need to return it. I mean, what a faff!

The assistant who placed the order for us is not familiar with the computer system, and made a mistake on our delivery date. He asked a colleague sitting next to him to help out. The other colleague showed unwillingness to help, and only suggested handwritten note of the correct date on the receipt and did nothing to actually change the date on the system. After received a text message with the wrong delivery date, I realised that the correct date hasn't been recorded, I called Dreams two days in a roll. The persons answered the phone all said that they will correct this for me, but they didn't, nor did they get back to me. As of today, three days after the purchase, the problem is still there. I don't have any problem with the assistant who processed our order. He was very helpful, and kind. It's his other colleagues being very unfriendly to him, and unhelpful to us as customers. If the delivery problem does not resolve, I will have to cancel/ return my order because I need it to be delivered by the 5th Nov (which was available at the time of order but may not now), and I am not available to wait at home for the delivery any date before.

I was happy with the service until I was given conflicting information regarding the inclusion of a TV with my bed. I spent over £2,000. In your store and asked for a mattress cover to go with the mattress or waive the delivery costs and they refused. How mean!

Beds were not clearly marked with prices or product details. Firmness ratings not always clearly viewable. Notelets containing bed/mattress information would have been helpful (they do this in other bed stores). The female store assistant was more intent on drinking her hot drink.

I was disgusted with the charges that dreams apples. Also I have just had my bed delivered and have been told that they will not be assembling my bed as I did not pay for it when I was told that if I paid £39.00 the my bed will be delivered to the room of my choice and put together but the delivery men refused to put together as I had not paid even more money. I think it's disgusting that you charge £39.99 to take the old bed then £39.00 to bring the new one into the house but then you mislead customers and then want to charge more money to put bed together. You even ask us to bring the other bed outside the house. I will not be recommending dreams to anyone and I will be making a formal complaint and writing a review about this company. I have tried to call the number on my receipt to ask about assembling my bed while the men was here but the number I have is switched of so that is very convenient don't you think. I would like a reply but as I have said I will be making a formal complaint and will not be shopping at dreams for my next purchase.

I came away from the store feeling that I may not have made a right choice because the experience was not what I had wanted. The sales rep I felt was not really in the mood to serve me. He seemed like he was tired and just wanted the sale. He asked me my budget and he showed me one or two beds. He never explained about mattresses or bed frames, I had to ask about the differences. He never invited me to look at a brochure or at options. I felt he was cold and I felt intimidated. There was a couple being served by another of his colleagues, I observed they had brilliant customer service in comparison to mine. If possible I want to cancel.

After the placing my order and agreeing the delivery date, I received a call that my delivery cannot be made on time and will be postponed for another 8 days. Not a premium service for the premium price which I paid for the premium product.

I'm unsure why I have been posed this question, clearly your site is not functioning very well. We had a great experience shopping at your Orpington branch. After many visits, we finally sat down with Marion to make our purchase. The only issues we had, was the fact that breakfast in bed unfortunately was not an option. Pillows and tea were offered, which was quite nice.
