Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I needed to buy a whole bedroom suit, I had visited dreams as my first choice. I found your colleague very helpful in finding what I needed. I asked for a quote and visited other places that day. The next day I returned to dreams as I wanted to go ahead and again he was very helpful. I set up finance and walked away a happy customer. I am looking forward to receiving my bedroom suit and would definitely recommend dreams to my friends and family.

Would've liked my item delivered quicker, feel two weeks is a long time to wait for an item that you must have in bulk especially as you are currently advertising an Easter sale. Feel £40 is a lot of money to dispose of my old bed. The store is a bit small, expected a bigger choice of mattress as my previous experience in your old store just up the road. Staff were friendly & helpful without being pushy which was pleasing.

The sales person did not follow my requested for the old bed to be removed.

Could not pay. Card machines not working. IT problem with store refurbishment.

The lady who served us was extremely condescending.....very disappointing. Only time she seemed to perk up was when we she was discussing the exit interview. Telling us what question we have to fill out and what answers to say. Example where you offered a drink? Our answer no we wasn’t. Well your gonna tell the survey that you did. She used this over three examples. I work in sales, and I know this coaching approach and quite honestly I was flabbergasted. The only saving grace was T who I actually spoke over the phone, he did help with every question I asked. He just wasn’t there when we walked into the shop which was unfortunate to say the least.
