Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Very affable , knowledgeable , helpful staff , about whom I have no complaints . The totally unnecessary store ` music ` was both miserable and depressing . If music ! must be played , please could it be something light and cheery , ( easy-listening, perhaps ) , rather than the suicidal dirges that people try to tolerate merely to leave the store with what they want . Thank you for asking .

wanted a mattress but very expensive so will get elsewhere

There was only one sales assistant on the shop floor so I had to wait a while to place my order as he was already placing a big order for another couple.

No reason staff were very helpful but to put highly satisfied requires very special service in my view

The display beds were a little dirty, not uncared for but you could see that they have been touched and laid on a million times. My Assistant Jas was lovely and very helpful but the other person looked like he just fell out of bed and as if he needed another 10 coffees to be functional. Although I got some discount on my purchase with stores like Dreams you can never be sure weather there won't be a much better deal the minute you walk out of the door. I general I was satisfied and would come back...if the product lives up to it's expectations ;)

Never rate highly satisfied

I was told there was a delivery charge but I had read on the website that there was free delivery. When I questioned this I was told that free delivery was only to the property and not to the location within the property which we were happy with. I feel that I should have been informed of this before being charged for delivery and thereby given the choice.
