Dreams - Orpington Springvale

The location of the store in Orpington is very convenient for us and ease of access with Blue Badge parking directly outside the store is excellent. The staff were immediately attentive to us on entering the store without putting any pressure on us. The young man who dealt with us was very good at his job and attentive to our requirements and a chilled bottle of water was most welcomed by us.

Welcomed at the door as soon as we walked in, advised to give the sleep analyser ago, then shown all the beds that would suit our bodies. All staff very friendly, offered water and a pillow to use. Not rushed into making a decision, and answered all our questions.

Very efficient and friendly service, completed the order highly satisfied and confident with the product. I can't wait for it to be delivered, the only disappointment is that I have to wait almost a month for delivery.

The lovely Marian served me and I must say you are lucky to have such a wonderful, knowledgeable member of staff... Funny, and personable she ordered my bed and put my order through in no time at all ..well done Marian!!!!

Friendly, professional service

Upon arrival I could the the staff were either sanitising products or keenly serving customers. After browsing for a couple of minutes with my family a member of sales staff approached, we were welcomed and advised very swiftly. We really enjoyed the customer service and within 20 minutes of reviewing all the products suitable to us we made a purchase. We will return in future and will be sending others in. Beds, like shoes, must be tried before purchasing and thus shop suited the purpose perfectly. I was prepared to spend the afternoon looking for mattresses, it was all wrapped up in 30 minutes.
