as with so many items, it is impossible to review pricing with other retailers, because all seem to have items produced specifically for that retailer, or indeed the name of the item is spcefic to the retailer even if the actual product is not

Didn't get given bed sprung option, by chance we remembered the option a few days later as we once saw it in the online Dreams shop, not an issue, just was not offered it.

The store assistant greeted me with a lovely welcome, which other stores didn't it made me what to ask all the questions that I needed to be answered and get the bed I needed . He didn't hurry me or false me into any sales but because of him I did end up with the bed I wanted with the mattress that suited my needs

Satisfied with the product and availability of stock / speed of delivery. Disappointed that we had to pay for delivery as mattresses are bulky items so the only option was for Dreams to deliver. I would prefer if the cost of delivery was either advertised clearer in store or just included in your product costs.

I was almost left alone too much and didn't feel the staff gave me any guidance towards the mattress for me - I would have liked more explanations about the difference between the beds...

Services can always be improved on so satisfied is a good response. Robert at the Sevenoaks Way branch was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he dealt with my requirements quickly and got a sale due to that. Thank You Robert

DELIVERY TIME WAS VERY LONG WHEN COMPETITORS LOCALLY DELIVER TEMPUR MATTRESSES A LOT QUICKER DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME ON THE DAY AND DIDN'T , I HAD TO CALL UP MYSELF TO GET A 2 HOUR TIMESLOT AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES WHEN DELIVERED - THEY DIDN'T UNWRAP THE MATTRESS, JUST PLONKED IT ON MY BED
