The computer system was down during our visit and we were unable to confirm our delivery date at the time. The staff member dealing with us was very helpful and rang us later that day to confirm the day, so it was only a minor problem - yet prevented a 'Highly satisfied' rating.

Having looked up the kind of bed I wanted I asked where it was by name and I was directed upstairs but it wasn't there. I got no help.

The man who served us did not offer the service to build the bed when it was delivered nor did he offer to take our old mattress away which i have now had to arrange and pay someone else to do separately. Had these options been offered to me, i definitely would have paid for the convenience of them.

Customer Service was very good and availability of items excellent, my issue is with the fact the same products I have purchased were at reduced cost a few weeks ago (at a time I couldnt afford to purchase) but yet there was no chance of reducing the purchase price this time around. As well as this I was not in a position to be able to hold off on my purchase until a sale was on again because its not something the store manager knew.

Because the assistant did not have a greet deal of knowledge it was when another assistant told her to do order a double with zip as that would be cheaper then 2 singles this saved us around £700

We knew what we thought we were looking for but no-one actually asked us what our needs were in terms of a new bed. We chose what we think we need but we are still not certain what the different choices were in the Flaxby range other than the amount of springs! What is the difference between 4000 and 7500 springs and what is right for us? I still don't know.

Because the Sealy Gel Bed on your Website was not in the show room. Also the mattress we purchased was not discounted in the sale.
