I changed my delivery date and wasn't happy the amended order form showed the delivery date as TBA. So still not sure the new delivery date is ok!

The date quoted for delivery was same week, when we received confirmation email it was actually a month later, a simple oversight I store but still a little disappointing when we had hoped it would arrive this week

i was very satisfied with my visit but there is allways a way to make things even better ! we nearley did not go in to the shop as from the outside it looked so dark we thought it was closed. but inside it was fine.

The store staff were friendly but the assistant who helped us did not appear to know how to work your computer system and did not know much about the product. We previously visited to look at products and were helped by a very knowledgeable assistant, which is why we chose your product. Had this visit been our first visit we would not have purchased from you.

We dislike being approached by all the staff in the store in turn pushing help, unsought information, drinks etc and would prefer to browse in peace.

Everything was fine in the shop. However, bed wasn't delivered on Monday as agreed and my wife ended up taking unnecessary time off. We haven't been given an explanation and now my daughter won't be getting a new bed for Christmas, much to our disappointment.

Would've preferrred the product to be in stock but it wasn't so I could've just ordered online
