No one is perfect ... For me the prices were higher than expected, but that just might be my perception of how much matresses cost. Given there are beds with TVs in the store, these could be set up to entertain kids while adults are shopping. Was very nice to be offered a drink but this then became awkward to manage when wandering around trying the different beds.

Customers assistant knew her brands well, after spending nearly £2,500 on a divan, headboard & mattress I thought maybe an offer of some pillows at a reduced price could have been included

Purely because of this child. None of the sales staff said anything to the parents as these days, you don't know what reaction you will get. I understand that but the kid really did spoil the experience. He literally jumped behind me on the pillow when I was laying on the bed!

Bit of a cheek advertising free delivery and then being charged once for a Saturday delivery and then AGAIN for a morning delivery. Would have felt a lot happier if there had been only one charge for a time weekend delivery!

Staff were very helpful and I ordered the items I wanted to, but there was a slight issue with confirming the delivery date.

The female member of staff was very helpful and pointed us to all the items we were looking for as I had looked online first, but did not show us round or to any of the items as she was unable to as she was the only member of staff in the large store

your member of staff called Samuel was very helpful and gave us all the help and advice we required

I was satisfied overall, the delivery time had lengthened considerably but there was an additional 10% off, which probably contributed to that. Sam, my assistant was very good though.
