Felt that the price for removing and recycling old mattress is prohibitive. Also, as I work full time it is very difficult to be around for delivery when I won't know what 2 hour delivery slot I have been allocated until the day of delivery

Found items we wanted. Staff were good when approached but not proactive

The experience was good and no problems ,I don’t think the phrase highly satisfied describes it however

Could have been given more time to look around but overall was satisfied

We knew what we wanted so were very quick

Mattress prices are high and add ons (assembly, recycling etc.) really push the price up.

The store did not sell double single bed fitted sheets or mattress protectors. I was advised to try another company for those. Really the store should be able to sell you everything for the bed you are buying with them. After all it is a bedding shop. It seems mad that you can't buy the accessories at the store you are buying the bed from. It could have meant losing a sale as there is another bedding shop nextdoor and they had the right size mattress protector, which I bought from them. You lost an added sale. I have purchased the fitted sheets online, another missed sale.

There was not a wide range of headboards to choose from.

I just felt the service I had was satisfactory

There was only one shop assistant we wanted to buy a bed and he was serving someone we waited at least 20mins for him in that time he never once apologised for the wait and when he was finished with other customer he didn't ask us if we wanted help we had to approach him. We told him what bed we like and it seemed like he wasn't interested he didn't explain it came in other colours which we soon found out so had to restart order We were very happy with bed chosen and eventually with the colour can't wait for t to be delivered but service seriously needs a lot of improving felt like we had to jump through hoops to get what we wanted and were paying for
