Pricing on items could have been clearer as the mattress we were looking at had the original price but was on promotion with 10% off, this Price was not on show.

the service was very good, our initial requirement was for a bed that we could flip over, there was not much of a selection, we did however opt for a very good quality of bed on the recommendation of your sales colleague. so overall we are satisfied with the service. The mattress is still to be delivered so cannot comment on the product yet.

The person who helped was a little dim

Delivery time is quite long

Nobody asked us if we needed any assistance.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was no easy to see or clear from the information displayed the number of springs in the mattress, and the features, I know this has an impact on the price as does other factors and these were not clearly displayed at each display, the assistant kindly provided this information verbally, but I had to retain it as I was looking at and was unable to do a compare with other products easily. Also high end products were not included in the sale.

Would have preferred to see the item but it was online only

Dreams not able to price match the same mattress (which was £400 cheaper elsewhere, with a free protector), however I did get some money off.

Basic service friendly enough nothing outstanding. Also very surprised that it costs £33 to remove old mattress and should probably have shopped around or hot quote from council
