They have us everything we wanted it is very simple for a customer satisfaction

Colleagues available to help but not intrusive. Knowledgable about products which would suit our needs. So friendly towards my toddler who was plodding around the store whilst we were shopping - even kept an eye on him to make sure he was safe whilst we did our sleep assessment.

The service we received was outstanding. The assistant was very attentive and listened to our needs. She went out of her way to help us find the perfect mattress for us.

Welcomed at the door as soon as we walked in, advised to give the sleep analyser ago, then shown all the beds that would suit our bodies. All staff very friendly, offered water and a pillow to use. Not rushed into making a decision, and answered all our questions.
