Extremely happy with purchase. Assistant was brilliant and made sure we bought the right product for us. Didn't feel like a sales pitch but like he genuinely cared about us making the right choice

Good experience, good staff, good product

Went to Dreams few weeks previously couldnt order as we didnt have specific date Tony wrote all details down my Dad is in a wheelchair but was treated with respect ie Tony spoke to my Dad not to me which usually happens when out with someone in wheelchair! Went back on 26th March the bed had reduced further was seen by Robert extremely helpful and friendly as Dad in wheelchair Robert brought purchases out to car for us very impressed with service.

We had very demanding needs. We wanted a good quality divan kingsize bed, that would get up our height restricted stair case, as we have a loft extension and getting a normal kingsize divan up the stairs was not possible. We were shown a divan that would fit our specification and were able to leave the store, mock up a frame the size of each piece of the divan and see how that got up the stairs. We had success and telephoned the assistant who had been VERY helpful with our tight and demanding needs and ordered the bed. The bed is good quality and we are delighted. I returned to the shop to personally that Jas (the sales assistant), but she was not there.

wrong calculation of total after using finance. overcharged a total of £4

Have not experienced the product at home yet to see how satisfied with the items.

The store was having new flooring laid all the beds were pushed together had to roll from bed to bed

I was highly satisfied, it was very straightforward. The sales guy was very good. I did not want spend long buying a mattress and I already new what I wanted so it was good that he was efficient and easy to deal with.

Was quoted a delivery time of 5 days then overnight went to 8 weeks.
