The assistant Tee, was very knowledgeable, welcoming and assisted with all questions.

The assistant Jas offered us help from the time that we walked into the store however she left us in peace and she wasn't pushy which was a lovevely change in service. Jas provided us with good pillows and encouraged us to try the different models that were available. Sometimes trying out mattress can be embrassing but Jas made you feel very comfortable with the experience. Her knowledge was very good and she didn't hesitate on any of the questions we asked. Thank you Jas.

Great customer service. Found almost all we were looking for.

Going into the store I was the only person in there. I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales assistant was extremely helpful in showing me the products that I wanted. I was looked after very well. The order process was all explained to me. I was offered the special deals i.e mattress protector etc. Fely it was all professional and without any problems.

All the components of our Dreams experience have been covered in the survey questions but the overwhelming impression left after our 3 visits is one of comptetence and helpful friendliness.

The salesman wasn't pushy and gave us good advice and told us about the bestselling products and why there were. This checked out with the research we had done online before going to the store, so we didn't feel he tried to push a particular product on us and encouraged us to try lots of different mattresses until we found the one we wanted. He was excellent - Tony - he was called. Highly recommend this store.

Product we liked we saw on line but not in store but dream colleague Tony was very helpful in showing us what we had seen on line, explaining the differences between bed frames and recommending without pushing us for the mattress that might suit our needs best and explaining options on whether we would want to exchange mattress after a period of time. He was also very helpful with our delivery and payment date.

The staff was knowledgeable and very willing to listen to and answer my questions. I was concerned because I needed my bed as soon as possible but the gentleman who helped me got on the phone and found the earliest delivery slot he could. I would recommend Dreams in Orpington to everyone.
