The staff in your Orpington branch were very friendly and I was served by jasbir who was very helpful and very good at explaining the products. I had to amend my order on the Tuesday and Robert dealt with my enquiry very quickly and was very helpful with my request. While in the store the staff made a fuss of my son and that was very nice.

Assistant (Mark) was knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful. Sale (Robert) was swift with minimal fuss and concluded quickly.

Jas was very helpful. We wanted to come in before the bank holiday weekend but the only time we could get in was after work on Friday 22nd. Most people in sales aren't too helpful with customers who come in an hour before closing on a Friday night.

Me and my family felt at ease walking around and also when looking at certain products Mark at Orpington Branch seemed very knowledgeable and also had a very good mannerism. He went the extra mile for me and my family and will be recommending Dreams but more specifically Mark to anyone who is looking for beds.

Mimi, the saleswoman, was very helpful. I was quite indecisive as to what type of bed i thought i needed but with her help and patience I found a bed and a deal i was very happy with.

As soon as my husband and i walked in the store we were greeted and asked if we wanted assistance, we could not see what we were looking for but after describing the chrome bedstead that we were after we were shown a picture of one and then one of the salesman said he had a headboard out the back that is the same make and quality so he went and got it for us to see the quality and touch it. We were very happy with what we saw and the price was good so we ordered it, we agreed a date for delivery that was good for us so we came away from the store in Sevenoaks Road, Orpington very happy.
