the staff were very helpful and knowledgable about all aspects of the goods i had a choice of.considering i only went to purchase a mattress and ended up purchaseing a full bed.

Taiwo was very helpful and answered all my questions well. He made sure I could get upstairs easily by using the lift He suggested I tried out the bed I was looking for. He knew the measurements of the single bed I wanted I left with the bed I wanted and with 4 pillows at a discount

We were served by the manager who was extremely knowledgable about Dreams' products. He gave great impartial advice on mattresses and remained friendly but also gave us our space to shop and discuss.

I am very satisfied before the customer service was friendly they answered all the questions I asked, and have understandable answers. The staff were not over bearing they asked if I needed help and have me space they didn't over talk or talk me in to being anything which is nice as it didn't out me off and have me a chance to decide what I wanted to buy. The shop was very clean and tidy I easily have view of everything. The shop is very accessible and practical would defiantly shop there again,you get good customer services quality products at brilliant prices what more could you ask for. It was quick and easy with Knowledgable staff.
