Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I visited Dreams on Fri 19 June in the afternoon spoke to Robert (Manager), who was very knowledgeable and helpful and allowed me to turn mattress. Earlier that morning my husband and myself had visited Marks & Spencer with view to buying new mattress - although sales lady pleasant took a great deal of time finding out information we required. Decided not to go ahead. Went this morning to Dreams with husband (Robert on phone) so, Tony (part-timer) helped us and we were both able to test the bed and both agreed to the purchase. Tony had 5 years experience in bedding retail and very pleasant.

Shopped here before so I knew i would be highly Satisfied with the standard of service and my purchase

The assistant Robert knew his products and immediately directed us to five possibilities based on our requirements that we gave him. He also suggested a possible alternative so that we could compare comfort. He also provided us with proper pillows during testing. His help was invaluable in making our decision. Delivery was very quick.

The service given by Tony was friendly, courteous and professional. We were shown a range of beds and actually bought a bed that we had not considered, an ottoman! The order was taken promptly while we had a delicious cup of tea.

Was assisted immediately as i walked in very professionally done easy to find what I was looking for

The staff were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us out with any questions we had about the type of bed we wanted, price, etc. It was a fairly quick, easy process to purchasing a new bed for our home. Overall good experience.
