We arrived at dreams with no specific idea of what we wanted or needed. The Dreams colleague (Robert) firstly explained about the colour coding of the beds & which mattresses & beds were on sale. He patiently took the time to ask questions & then described various sizes, storage, type of mattresses to find out exactly what we needed. We found it easy to navigate our way through the store & able test & lay down on various mattresses with ease. There was a 'no rush/no hassle' attitude which was appreciated. The service we received was top class, even offering us a cold drink ( it was a very hot day!) We left feeling very happy with our purchase.

The sale person was excellent however the goods were expensive and I have seen the bed online for £200 cheaper not happy

I went to the store to try a mattress that I had talked about online to a customer service person. That mattress was not available in store so the staff found another and when that wasn't right, looked online for the specification of the original mattress and found a similar one in store for me to try. They then ordered the original mattress online for me. And I had a cup of coffee!

Assistant was helpful and not in our faces as soon as we walked in. Mark was not pushy and happy to give us information when asked for. He was helpful with the order and advising about delivery and removal costs.

Very satisfied with mimi our sales advisor visited the store in the afternoon while on lunch break, spoke to mimi and discussed my requirements and she went through the options quickly and efficiently so much so I returned later in the evening with my wife and children and purchased 3 beds for us all, Mimi was very patient while we made our minds up (as I'm very fussy) and again gave us different options for our requirements and not at all intrusive or over powering sales technics.

I really like to appreciate the Brilliant coustemer service (knowledgeable,friendly and understandable)which was I received during my visit from all staff specially from Jas .
