Marion was very friendly and assisted me as soon as I entered the store, offering a drink because it was hot as well and just overall making the experience a quick and easy one.

Sales assistant was very helpful and friendly, she listened to our needs and requirements and recommended a few mattresses in differing price brackets and clearly explained the differences. The order and payment was quick and clearly explained including organising taking old mattresses away with prompt delivery within a few days of order. Delivery was on day organised, in 2 hour time slot promised and with phone call from driver short time before delivery. Delivery men helpful and efficient.
