Robert was extrememly helpful. He gave us excellent information about different types of beds/mattress options, even made us a cup of tea. He then left us to meander at our own pace, was not invasive/looking for a hard sell. when coming to order and pay for our goods, it was a smooth and efficient process.

Mark, the sales assistant was very knowledgable and really helpful. We were in a research phase for a new bed and did not want to be pressurised by sales personnel but Mark was able to deal with us in a manner where we are likely to return. As an aside we also purchased some pillows and bed top memory foam as well.

Colleagues were of good knowledge of the products and very easy to talk to. Both took an active interest in what we were looking for and were easy to talk to.

My husband and I were assisted by Jas. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of time to decide on which product/s to purchase, without any pressure. She was very friendly with a professional approach. We purchased beds from Dreams in 2014 and were very happy with that experience also.
