I arrived at the store just ten mins before closing , not realising the opening times. But a gentleman called Robert Spent the time and effort with me, being a shop keeper for 35 years, I felt Robert was very professional .

My visit to Dreams was to purchase new pillows, Robert was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, we were given as much time as we wanted to test each pillow several times and the benefits of each was explained in detail. My husband and I were so impressed that, during a moments browsing around the store, opted to try a new bed as a well. Robert was patient with our dilemmas and appeared to really care about our needs. At no point did we feel a pressurised sales technique and, because of this, we have purchased pillows, mattress and bedstead
