Brilliant service just after entering the store. Assiant was really good and asked if we would like a beverage, never had that offer before. As i say it was SPOT-ON!

Saw a bed on sale in store but couldn't see it on internet. Phoned the store and the lady assistant checked out availability quickly and informed me it had been discontinued. Ordered display bed and mattress but had to place another order for another bed and mattress so needed to change dates for delivery. All this was sorted easily and without fuss. Very efficient attitude from staff. Thank you

We were given time to browse on our own before we needed assistance, a lot of stores hassle you as soon as you walk in. Mark helped us with what we wanted and recommended the bed we bought. We were very happy with service and product knowledge
