Despite how busy the store was when calling in, I was acknowledged and dealt with the moment someone became available. Tony was most patient with me, giving me all the measurements I required, placing the order and giving me an idea of delivery date. All staff members were great and I look forward to receiving my bedroom furniture.

Robert the store manager of the Orpington branch was incredibly helpful. Having never purchased a mattress before, Robert went through every possible option without overcomplicating things, and helped us find the right mattress for us. We were offered assistance straight away and all the colleagues in the store were very friendly. As a first time buyer I was very satisfied and would recommend Dreams to a friend.

We visited three shops prior to Dreams but found the comparisons very expensive and not as good as the products available in Dreams. The assistant Jasbir was so very helpful and very pleasant we will certainly visit the shop again in the not to distant future to purchase replacement beds for our house. We thought service was excellent, products excellent and overall experience excellent. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive now.

We went in one day and had a chat with salesperson who outlined differences in mattresses and the 40 nights trial. He then allowed us time to try out different products but was aware of our presence. He was not pushy or overbearing. On my return to the store he remembered me and greeted me but allowed me time to make my decision before assisting me. He was very helpful and my sale was dealt with promptly. My order was placed and a delivery date set which was well before I had expected it to be. Served by Taiwo - great salesperson, thank you!

I was shown the product I was looking for and given a display of how the guest bed opened up. Delivery was arranged for when I wanted it . My only complaint is the cost of delivery upstairs to put in situ is£39! a bit steep!Iwent for free delivery to our hall.

We went in total 3 times to your Orpington store and each time, I was very happy with the service I received. It was not too intrusive, my first visit I just looked around. My 2nd visit I was shown how the guest bed was put up, and my 3rd I tried it out myself to ensure I could manage to use the guest bed by myself. I was very happy with the service I received the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
