Dreams - Orpington Springvale

The salesperson who assisted us was exceedingly helpful but did not pressurise us in any way to purchase. She was very knowledgeable and could advise and assist us in making our choice. We were very impressed with the whole business premises, nicely laid out and easy to get around, very clean and well maintained.

Staff were very helpful and not pushy or constantly bugging you. Store was clean. Beds are clearly marked and colour coded to help you identify the beds you wish to try. I still feel the products are slightly over priced and there is a long wait for delivery but that is the only down side.

I'd spent the week looking at rival adjustable beds, and none compared to the Sleepeeze in Dreams. The product sold itself, despite being twice the price of competitors.

Mark was very polite upon us entering the store, he carried out his job to the full and made us feel very welcome. Mark was very knowledgable about the products in store and helped us on our way with our purchase. Would definitely come back to store in the future and will recommend mark to friends and family.
