Friendly approach by staff without pressuring me Suggested another mattress I wouldn't have considered Reassured me about delivery and assistance by delivery staff as we have had a recent bad experience by very unhelpful delivery staff (not your company)

Knowledgeable sales assistant who spent some considerable time explaining the difference between each product we were looking at. Colour coding the different types of mattresses was an enormous help.

We were given plenty of time to browse without any pressure from staff.we were asked if we needed assistance at first & richard was very helpful & then left us alone.he explained everything clearly in plain terms.when we spoke to him he gave us 100% attention & various alternatives.he knew the product inside out & was very helpful.all in all it was a pleasent experience shopping at Dreams Sevenoaks Way.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all of the products and could tell us the difference between each of the products that we were looking at.
