The salesman who helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful and didn't pressurise us or follow us around the store. This made us feel very relaxed and gave us time to make our decision.

I was very satisfied with the service o had a the dreams store in Orpington Sevenoaks way. From the minute we walked in we was greeting with a very happy polite ladie who asked if we needed any help. She run through all the details with us on the bed we were looking to purchase. She was able to answer every question and made our visit very stress free. We sat down at her desk to sort out our payments. The order was all complete within 30 minutes and I was very impressed on how quick the delivery was. I was so happy overall and would definitely recommend friends and family to shop and dreams? And I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a very plesent visit.

Tee was very patient and explained each type of bed carefully and the reasons for varying pricing on similar products. He approached us and offered us refreshments as soon as we came in the door. Tee was engaging but not intrusive. We went twice to dreams after checking out the nearby competition and their products. All in all a very good salesman.

We were greeted by Tee, the sales assistant and asked if we needed any help. We wanted to browse the store first. As soon as we were ready to make our choice Tee was free to help us and completed our purchase in a friendly and efficient manner.

The Shopping Assistant Tony was very helpful. He was on hand when we needed him but also gave us plenty of time to browse. Tony was helpful with suggestions that meet our needs and was very patient with us changing our minds.

Excellent customer service was provided by the lady that served us. She took the time to understand our needs and offered different options that might suit us. A friendly and cheerful assistant who is a credit to your company.

Tony, the sales assistant was incredibly helpful. His product knowledge and the understanding of our needs in terms of both the product and our budget really shone through and at no time did we ever feel rushed or obliged to part with our money until we were fully satisfied. If only all sales staff would show the level of dedication and professionalism.
