Mark was very friendly and gave excellent advice about which mattress would best support my Wife who suffers from a bad back. Rather than pushing the most expensive options he showed us a variety and gave us time and help in trying them and making an appropriate selection.

Taiwo at the Orpington branch remembered us from when we popped in during the morning to have a look. He was happy to explain all the differences in the mattresses and seemed very knowledgable. I never felt rushed, even though it was close to closing and he seemed to have our best interests in mind rather than our money!

We arrived at the store with our child and were helped in to the lift with our buggy. We were allowed to inspect the bed thoroughly and the staff even took the mattress off the bed to let us look at the slats. When placing our order we were helped through the optional extras we could pick and how much they cost, which we opted for. Staff were very polite and friendly and offered us a tea or coffee.

The beds were bought for my new apartment and I have not yet moved in but the assistance I was given was helpful. Both members of your staff were most polite and professional.

All of the sales assistants there (especially Tony) were super helpful, I spent a really long time deliberating over which purchase to make, and they were really patient, very pleasant, gave advise without being pushy or following me around, they even made me a cup of coffee. The team there were really friendly and really knew what all about the products and could explain the differences between each so that I made the right choice.
