The salesman was very helpful and yet he also left us to try for ourselves without any pressure. He did not try too hard to upsell either.

The assistant that helped us was great. He didn't pressurise us at all. He explained what we wanted to know about the different mattress types and left us to try out the beds. He was then very patient and took his time while we made up our minds. An all round nice experience.

There was a good range in the showroom and we were allowed the time to try several mattresses before making our decision. The salesman explained that purchasing a mattress was a personal choice and the 'right' one was the one that suited us.

Not knowing exactly what we wanted, we entered the store hoping a member of Dreams team would be able to give us a full breakdown of all your products, and assist us choosing the correct item for our needs. We were not let down in fact as a direct result of the service we received, on returning home we immediately telephoned our son and told him of our experience, as he was looking for a bed as well. He will be attending the showroom over the weekend. Very impressed with the level of service.
