Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I was left to go round the shop and try out the bed's without what I dislike which is being hassled for a sale until I was ready to speak to a member of staff about the bed I was interested in purchasing.

The assistant was most helpful, he tried to get us the best possible deal, his knowledge of the products gave us the opportunity to make choices.

We looked around trying the beds, the sales man was on his own and busy, so we looked at the other stores locally being pestered in one of the stores. Went back to Dreams it had quietened down saw Mark who acknowledged us before very helpful sales man, gave information we never received at other stores which helped us pick what we wanted.

Although the manager was the only person working in the store the service was excellent, he had many customers asking for advice and assistance but he still managed to be friendly, helpful and professional. We only had to wait 5 minutes to make our purchase, which he did quickly but with great customer care, we were very impressed with him

Mark was the only person on shop floor as waiting for a colleague to arrive. Even though it was busy he was happy, attentive and took everything in his stride. Even people waiting to be served after us were kept amused by him. Great character even though he was under pressure. Certainly knew how to keep customers interested and never once did he ignore anyone. Very knowledgeable about the products. We were very happy with the service we received under the circumstances he was under. An asset to your company.

Tee was very helpful and showed us different options, we were only purchasing a single guest bed, so nothing too technical, polite and attentive.

The customer service person, Jas, was very helpful, showed us alternatives but was not pushy.

The salesman was informative but then left us time to discuss the products demonstrated

Jazz was extremely helpful when I called with questions and Tony was great when I went to purchase the bed.
