I was definitely highly satisfied with the help and attention I received from the staff who went out of thier way to help what I was looking for and made me tea after a long day searching for the bed I was looking for in and out of different shops so thank you Dreams I will definitely shop with you again

James in the store in Orpington was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He was not pushy just very professional and it was a pleasure actually buying the bed. The pillow he recommended has proved excellent and we are eagerly awaiting the bed in 2 weeks time.

The salesman Mark, in the Sevenoaks Way store, was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and at times funny. He quickly ascertained what we were after, then guided us through the colour coding of mattresses, and where to look for the firmness. He made the whole experience simple and guided us to an excellent product. Can't wait to sleep on it.

Mark was so friendly and helpful that I felt really comfortable with what I'm doing. Sometimes sales personnel can be too over the top and pushy but he was brilliant, showed me all I needed to know and went through everything thoroughly without rushing. I feel really well assured with the purchase, what will happen in the delivery process and what to do if there is a problem.

the sales chap Tee went the extra mile as due to my mortgage being paid of we were having a few issues with the 0% credit but after a while we got there in the end
