The staff were very attentive and engaging, without being to overbearing

On entering the store we were approached by a member of staff ans I thought "here we go the hard sell " when we just wanted to have a look. But Tony was very good when advising us to which mattress we were looking for, and explaining the differences between them . There was no pressure just friendly, helpful advice, and a great cup of tea! Nothing was too much trouble, and we were allowed as much time as we needed to choose a mattress . We then ended up making a purchase, and Tony was a very good, helpful member of staff and would certainly recommend dealing with him to friends and family

The Assistant was very helpful and also let my husband and I look around to decide what product we wanted

Tony was very helpful and informative. Initially providing us with all the information we required and then allowing us the space to browse and test the beds at our own pace. This was very appreciated as we were choosing our first bed and could, without Tony, have felt overwhelmed with the process.

The sales advisor was very helpful in demonstrating this product and show us how it worked. He answered our questions knowledgably.

There was no fuss just quick and easy to place the order. All staff were very friendly.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. I wasn't really sure what I was looking for, however, after spending time in the store and not having felt we were being pressured at all, we came away having ordered a bad we are very happy with.

We were served by Jasbir from the Orpington branch and she was very very helpful, she had very good product knowledge and wasn't at all pushy. We were happy to place an order with her. I would like to say that she was the only member of staff in the store and it was coming up to closing time, it was dark outside and I thought it was very unfair on her to be left in the store alone. Very happy with the service we received from Jasbir....Well done.

Great & knowledgeable staff. Had been in the previous week & spoken to James & came back & completed the order with Jas. slight price difference between in-store & online but quickly sorted. Very happy. Delivery on Weds so hoping it will be a good experience also.

The assistant, Mark, was very attentive and knowledgable of the product we were purchasing. We had lots of questions which he knew most of the answers to and was able to investigate and gain the answers to questions he was unsure about, i.e. the depth of the base of the bed we were purchasing. Mark was very helpful.
