THe right amount of assistance was available. The assistant was available but not pushy. There were a wide range of products at varied prices.

I had done my research on line before Hand , so I new what I wanted . I just needed to try a few mattresses , the store person was on her own with a few customers in the store , but she showed us exactly what we wanted to see and where to find it. The store rep. Was Jas. Thanks.

Visited branch on 11/11/16 with my son who I was looking to buy a new bed for, a lady called Jas talked us through the best options /prices for divans,went back today to place order again another very helpful lady named Emma went through my purchase explained everything in detail didn't feel rushed both of them gave excellent service
