Very lovely staff who were courteous and knowledgeable on the products. Quickly found what we wanted and purchased with no problems.

We received exactly what we wanted and at a good price.

Staff were friendly and polite and very knowledgable on the products that they sold. We were asked if we wanted assistance but not badgered and when we had made a decision Anthony was very thorough and efficient in making sure we had made the best choice for us It was also very refreshing and reassuring to see the store manager on the shop floor talking to customers and supporting his staff

The salesperson , Jasbir was very knowledgeable and helpful in a understated professional manner, she was not pushing the products, more guiding which was very comforting it gave us time to make our minds up, prior to placing our order.

I found the bed I've been looking for and was given personal advice on mattress choice and server talked about his personal preference too so he could relate to me

It was very straight forward. We went into the shop, found the bed and arranged to have it delivered. The delivery men were brilliant. They were extremely polite and very thorough in doing their job.

Served by a guy called Tee and his colleague who I think is called Mark. Both very helpful to myself and my wife, who is now severely disabled. They gave sensible advice and were knowledgeable. If delivery can be expedited at all, we would be most grateful. Thank you.

The staff were very professional and processed my order timely.

Dan welcomed us into the store and talked us through our options. He offered advice when needed and also left us alone to make our own decisions without putting any pressure on. He found a pillow similar to what we are use to, to help us compare our current comfort. Although unfamiliar with the store, he spent time trying to find relevant swatches to help us make our colour choice. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had superb customer service, offering us a cup of tea and coffee at several points during our visit. I would highly recommend that any friend or family member went to see Dan next time they wanted a bed or mattress.

James was an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff who helped us with our purchase. We were looking for a super king zip and link bed. It was disappointing that there were none available to view in store (or any store). However James had a very good knowledge of the products available and showed us all the options we could try in store (and made us tea!). In the end we spent 2 hours in the store with him - this was a positive for us as we left confident and happy we had made the right purchase - considering we couldn't actually view the zip and link beds. It's a shame, for you, that today was James' last day in the store!
