The whole experience was fast and easy with the help of the assistant. The types of mattress were explained so I could choose the type I wanted and the delivery was booked for the following week.

I wanted a specific bed that was not in stock. On 2 separate occasions when I visited the store 2 different members of staff were extremely helpful and guided me to a suitable alternative product.

The Staff, especially Marion, were very helpful, attentive and actually listened to our needs. The calibration bed was a revelation and was a really useful tool to analyse what mattresses were best for our size shape and sleeping position. The Insurance added to the cost was surprisingly cheap and 'taylored' pillows were another nice surprise that made everything unique to our needs. Overall the shopping experience ( for a bed shop) was enjoyable and I know in my own job a customer who leaves happy will recommend the service and will come back again. 1st class service. Thank you.

The saleslady that helped me was really good. I walked into the store not knowing what to buy really and was ready to walk out again after browsing but she picked me up and asked me what I was looking for, suggested I use the computerised mattress indicator and that we take it from there. She didn't just show me the most expensive ones but allowed me to try them all out and to take my time which I did. She was funny, knowledgeable and I walked out with a new bed and mattress which is really just what I wanted. The delivery date was set and it was nice to get some pillows and a mattress topper as part of the deal Very satisfied with the customer care and with the choice of bed

We were uncertain what type of mattress we needed. Jasbir, the assistant who dealt with us, listened to our needs, offered us the use of the computerised bed that scans your body and requirements. She was very knowledgeable on all the products available. Was very polite, professional and not at all pushy.
