Dreams - Orpington Springvale

The lovely man called Tony serving me couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, we were offered tea/coffee/juice. he explained everything regarding the beds and helped me choose without pushing for a sale. The order process was very easy and I should have delivery withing 4 days. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Was pleasantly surprised how helpful the assistant Jas was, found what we were looking for quite quickly, local shop & saved a trek to Bluewater.

The sales assistant was very helpful, informative and friendly. We were greeted promptly at the store but in a pleasant, not pushy way. He understood our needs and made good suggestions.

We were served straightaway and found the product we wanted. very efficient.

The Dreams member of staff at the Orpington Branch (known as T) was extremely friendly, helpful and informative in helping us choose the bed, mattress and headboard that was right for us. At no time was he pushy and gave us options on our request. T is a credit to Dreams.

Swift and knowledgable service

Every member of staff in branch were very pleasant & helpful. We were fortunate to be greeted by the store manager who couldn't have been more helpful. Such a pleasant experience. We were amazed at his knowledge & expertise. He spent time with us explaing the different types of mattresses and was most helpful when I explained my back problems. We did not feel pressured to purchase there & then. He left my husband & I to discuss our finances over a cup of tea made by a colleague. Then spent extra time with us discussing the pros & cons between our two choices. We purchased our new bed & left the store feeling as if we had made a new friend. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Branch to all family & friends.
