THE PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE IN STORE SO I COULD TRY IT OUT. The price for a spare room mattress was reasonable and I was able to arrange delivery for a date that suited me.

Polite and knowledgeable assistant- very efficient.

We arrived early morning Saturday 25th and were the only people in the store. The salesman was polite and helpful. We saw what we wanted (a bed for our 16 year old son) , did the paperwork, and told it could be delivered on Monday 27th. we were in and out in no time at all, brilliant.

The assistant, Samuel, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and was happy to spend time providing information but also knew when to back away and allow us time to talk and consider our options. He made the overall experience a very pleasant one.
