My previous order was cancelled as it had been so long since I placed the order. The staff were very empathetic as my first house fell through and really did everything they could to recreate my order. They took a copy of the original order and called customer services on my behalf and by 10 am Monday morning my bed had been reordered with a perfect delivery date to accommodate my busy schedule at the moment. First class service indeed.

My visit to Orpington Branch was excellent, Samual the assistant was very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble it was my second visit that week and he remembered me,It is important to get the right mattress it can't be rushed .

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Told us all about everything we needed to know about the way the bed worked. I am disabled and needed an adjustable bed. Really good price and good service.
