We were offered help quickly and got good answers to our questions.

Friendly staff, patient, we tried the mattresses we looked at several times, were offered tea or coffee, very welcoming

Our salesman called Tony was fantastic he explained our options delt with us brilliantly asked us if we wanted a cup of tea put our order through will recommend the store and Tony

Considering it was "Sale Day" and the staff was gearing up for a big day, they were all on point and ready for action. We were greeted immediately we arrived, asked our needs and directed to the relevant area. We were then left alone but whenever we had a question the assistant was on hand with the right information and advice. When I made my final choice on what I wanted to buy, the paperwork was raised quickly, all checks were made in record time and delivery organized. As well as this purchase I went on to spend a further £100 on a mattress protector, duvet and 2 x pillows. A good experience all round and one i was actually dreading (bed buying is not my thing) so thanks!

We received a friendly welcome when we arrived and taken to the bed selection that we were looking for. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the products and made the final selection easy for us, meeting all our requirements

I had already seen the product in another store but found the assistant “not bothered” by my sale, from the time I entered your shop the lady offered me help and assistance but too much to be in my face, I spent £200 more than I expected but was very pleased with the service I received.

I am really overall very very satisfied with the overall experience. From placing the order to the quickness of the delivery of the bed was amazing. I placed the order on a Saturday and the bed was delivered by the Wednesday. I received messages updating me of when it would arrive and received also two phone calls from the delivery driver so the communication was absolutely excellent. Two gentlemen assembled the bed within about 15 minutes who were very polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends and definitely as I know shortly that I will have to purchase a new mattress for the bed that I will have no qualms and feel confident in visiting and purchasing this from Dreams. Really was excellent and my daughter whose bed it is was delighted.
