The staff listened to our needs & worked together to create a package that worked for us. The staff are friendly & approachable & have great product knowledge, they were patient & understanding as we explained previous issues we had.

Price was competitive with other stores. Good variety of products. Free delivery & take away old matteresses

Speed of service and purchase. Good staff to customer relationship, no pressure to buy, honest product knowledge. Use of a toilet available for disabled customers.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and really tried to find me the best value bed available and give her advice

Jas was very polite and very accommodating of our 2 year old! She listened to our needs and explained all the different types of mattresses that were available. She knew all the details regarding how many springs were in the mattresses and what firmness they were etc. Showed us all the mattresses that would meet our criteria and explained all the differences. Was very happy with her service throughout our visit and happily bought a very good quality mattress. Jas is a credit to dreams! Excellent service!

Very friendly staff, knowledge of items, not pressured like others stores. Happy to look around without being asked every second if I needed help(like your competitors). Very helpful overall.

Jas, the assistant who served us, was friendly and helpful. She listened to our needs and explained the mattress rating system well, giving us plenty of time to look around. She arranged for us to have tea while waiting for a computer to be available for our order. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The person who served me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered tea and coffee on arrival which I thought was very kind. I had visited the store previously and was told that the bed would be discounted by 20% the following week. I thought this was very generous of the assistant to tell me this and he then also remembered me when I returned the next week. All in all a great experience. I hope I’ll be able to say the same when my bed arrives in February.
