Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I visited the dreams store in Orpington with my elderly Nan who was looking for a new bed. The 2 members of staff working on Saturday the 30th of October around 11-11.30am we’re so friendly and caring I couldn’t of asked for anymore. They also helped me with a sofa bed I had been looking for one for such a long time and it was amazing value. These 2 staff members are an asset to dreams and I’m so disappointed with myself I didn’t take their names!

The member of staff we spoke to took time to understand our requirements and then provided a selection of products for us to consider. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we were happy with the service received.

An enjoyable experience from the sleep scan to purchase

We were greeted quickly by a gentleman who explained the IT bed and how it worked. When the print-out appeared he pointed out, and allowed us to try out, the beds recommended and, by process of discounting one from each pair, we were able to select a bed which we then purchased. Paperwork was quick and easy, with a choice of delivery day. Payment was (too) quick and easy. The delivery boys were on time and very quick in collecting from and delivering to our bed. Thank you, to both teams. Tonight we will, we hope, have a comfortable sleep.

Marion was extremely helpful - she set up the sleep scanner bed (can’t remember the exact name) and then took us round the store to look at various options. There were other customers in the store at the same time and we never felt forgotten
