I'd researched what I was after, and Jack took me straight to my frame of choice. He explained the mattress I'd liked was only available online, but showed me several others and explained exactly how they worked. He was very friendly, funny and courteous. He even played with my grandsons!!! He took his time with me, wasn't pushy at all and just chatted like an old friend. Honestly couldn't fault anything. Even the coffee he made was exactly hiw I like it! 👍

Upon arrival, We were greeted and offered a drink from Jack. After explaining what we were looking for we was advised to try the sleep match to find a mattress that suits us best. We was given plenty of advise and numerous options of beds and mattresses and given plenty of time and privacy to consider our options. After choosing our bed we was also given a great deal from the store manager Lee in comparison to other local companies. Overall a great experience for for me, who is not the easiest person to please. Recommend

We found our dream bed at Dreams, Orpington. We found exactly what we were looking for with the assistance of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Being concerned that we would get the bed up our stairs, staff recommended a zip lock mattress meaning we could get exactly what we wanted. The bed frame, colour and mattress are exactly what we were looking for! We also bought the most amazing Tempur pillows! We're so excited about receiving our order! Thank you, Dreams!!
