Overall the visit was enjoyable. Kathryn was friendly, approachable, always on hand to advise but not pushy with sales. The store was clean and people were being kindly asked to hand sanitize on entrance and beds were cleaned after use. We didn't plan on purchasing a bed that day but due to the service received and advice offered we were more than happy to place an order.

Myself and my husband felt completely at ease and relaxed during our recent visit to the Oldham Dreams store. We had quite a few beds and mattresses to buy for our 4 children, and although we had a rough idea what we wanted, we still needed a little advice on types of mattress as our children are of varying ages. Becky was our assistant on this particular visit, and it was a refreshing change to not feel pressured at all into making our purchases. She was extremely helpful and allowed us to look around the store at our leisure but also offered to show us certain beds and mattresses to help us make our decision. We did visit another bed store but came back to Dreams because Becky had made us feel so comfortable. I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding of our needs, as well as her calm, friendly and no pressure attitude towards us. We are happy with the beds and mattresses we selected, and are confident that with Becky’s help, we have chosen the perfect beds for our children. We will definitely be returning to Dreams in the near future to buy a new mattress for ourselves, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dreams Oldham to friends and family.
