The lady who helped us was called Cheryl she put my mum on the sleep machine and showed us the beds. She explained all of them to her to. Cheryl was so nice she gave us time to think it through and space to see how my mum liked them excellent service throughout.

The staff explained all the social distancing requirements when we entered the store and provided all the necessary PPE, then left us to browse until we were ready to discuss our purchase with a team member. All the products were clearly identified and priced.
