I went in to look for a new bed, not to purchase as l am moving home and not sure of the date. I tried the mattress experience which told me what sort of mattress to get. The mattress l chose was in the sale which was even better for me. During the paying for the bed, and finalising it ,both assistants were very friendly, one called Sheryl. We were chatting about the covid, l had contracted it, so was telling them my experiences, l am a nurse so they were interested and l could have stayed chatting for hours, she offered me a bottle of water too.
