When I walked into the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome I got great help finding the product I need the staff ad a good Personality that makes customers smile

Although it was late in the day we felt there was no rush. We were allowed the time we needed to choose what we wanted. The assistance we received was excellent, with clear explanations and nothing being too much trouble.

Rebecca was very friendly and understood our needs. She invited me to lay on the mattress and used the virtual video to identify the correct mattress that I needed to buy. She even provided free pillows and free delivery with our purchase. Rebecca provided great customer service.

Really friendly sales assistant who listened to what we wanted and gave us all the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice. Couldn’t have been more helpful

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable assistance

The assistant Cheryl was very friendly, she left us to browse but was on hand if we needed any information, when we had made our choice she processed our order very quickly without any fuss, very happy. She informed us of the delivery date we paid and left very happy.

Cheryl was extremely helpful, she helped us decide what kind of mattress we needed, brought us pillows to try and offered advice! Whilst at the same time not being too pushy and giving us time to discuss alone

It was easy from start to finish with using the machine that could tell us what we were best suited to. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with our choice.

The sales assistant who looked after us was excellent. She had fantastic product knowledge and was a pleasure to deal with.
