Dreams - Oldham

Upon entering the store there was adequate PPE measures in place and we felt safe to shop in these uncertain times. The staff where welcoming and very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the products we where interested in purchasing. We would definitely recommend the Oldham store to our family and friends.

When we entered the store staff were already dealing with customers. Cheryl still came to speak to us and said she would be with us as soon as possible and explained the measures in place for COVID and gave us the correct PPE to use while testing the beds. We weren’t waiting too long before she came to help us. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the manufacturer of the different products. She was friendly and we felt comfortable. We had planned to also go next door to Bens for Beds as they had a 50% sale but we were sold with the service we had received and the time she had taken with us that we decided to make the purchase.
