We only popped in for a browse, but the sales assistant that helped us was brilliant. Kind, courteous, understanding and a sense of humour too. Well versed in all products, terrific advice. So she actually lead to us spending £3k+

Our sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and was able to find us the perfect mattress by showing us the simulator that helps pick a mattress type and then showing us mattresses within our budget

The assistant Asad who helped us was very helpful and informative about the different mattresses, he wasn't pushy in trying to get us to make higher purchases and made us feel very at ease.

From the moment I walked in the store i was greeted with a smile and the staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of the products available. Asad the sales advisor at elk mill Oldham was absolutely brilliant and such a genuine guy and only wanted the best for me. Brilliant experience. And I’m very satisfied with my tempur mattress.
