The lady who attended to me was very helpful and even supplied a face mask so my brother could come in.

On arrival at the store we were welcomed in the most pleasant way. My wife and I were then shown a bed on which we were asked to lie on, so the best type of mattress to suit our lying position could be found. We were then shown some examples of the type of mattress that would suit our sleeping positions. Where upon we purchased the said mattress.

Service was great during covid and was asked if wanted a drink no other shops do this.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Kat gave us excellent service. She listened to our needs and identified options we could choose from. We used the sleep analyser and Kat used the data to help us choose the correct mattress. She discussed ‘side sleeper’ mattresses that suited our budget and allowed us to see other products that matched the mattress, e.g. ‘side sleeper’ pillows. Kat explained the need to be cautious re COVID and maintained social distancing. I would definitely ask for her service again.

We were approached on entering the store and asked if we needed help, we were happy to browse on our own but when we approached Becky for advice she was brilliant. She suggested we used the machine to find the mattress that was right for us, and was really helpful. She suggested lots of options and was happy for us to try lots of different mattresses. She was very patient and friendly.
