Kat greated us at the door, she put us on the mattress thing that measures you sleep position. she had a print out put tissue paper down, and we lay on some beds with pillows Kat explained the beds benefit and how it works. she was so helpful, really seemed to care no hard sell. it was a pleasure in the current climate, we felt very safe in the shop. the beds were being sprayed after we got off before others tried it
