Becky was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products on sale. She was available for help but without being too pushy. She made sure I was able to choose the right bed and mattress for my needs.

Becky was very friendly and knowledgeable- not pushy at all. The match machine was excellent too. Given time and space to make decisions.

Kat greated us at the door, she put us on the mattress thing that measures you sleep position. she had a print out put tissue paper down, and we lay on some beds with pillows Kat explained the beds benefit and how it works. she was so helpful, really seemed to care no hard sell. it was a pleasure in the current climate, we felt very safe in the shop. the beds were being sprayed after we got off before others tried it
